For kids with big feelings, Regulation Ninjas is a course designed by a pediatric OT to help children learn to regulate their emotions. Brought to you in partnership with OT Links.

This 45-minute class includes opportunities to work on physical obstacle courses, emotional regulation,
cooperation & collaboration.
