Party FAQs

Availability varies greatly throughout the year, so at least 4-6 weeks in advance (sooner is better). If you schedule with less than 2 weeks notice, we will only be able to accommodate a Basic Private Party. Certain add-ons may not be available without 4-week notice as they require extra supplies and team member time.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The rest is due on the day of your party. Parties are subject to sales tax.

Service is incredibly important to us. After your party, you will receive the chance to rate your service. Team members who receive 5-star service ratings will earn bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to include a tip when you pay the balance if desired.

You can reschedule your event without penalty if your event is more than 30 days away. If your event is in 30 days or less, there is a $100 reschedule fee. Parties canceled for any reason will forfeit the deposit.

  • Waiver: Encourage them to create and account and complete the waiver, so the kids can play as soon as they arrive. 
  • Arrival Time: Guests will be able to enter 5 minutes before the designated party time. 
  • No Shoes: Kids and adults will need to take off their shoes in the play space. 
  • The Playroom is an intimate party setting for private parties. We recommend a maximum of one adult per child to help manage capacity.

You can bring in outside food with the exception of alcohol and sticky items like gum and lollipops. Food must remain in the party room exclusively. There will be a minimum of $50 fee for food found outside the party room.

Please speak to us in advance of the party about any decorations that need to be attached to the walls, etc. Please no confetti, silly string, or any decoration that can harm the facility or cause excess cleaning time. Decorations must be contained to specified areas.

  • You can arrive 20 minutes prior to your start time. 
  • Guests can enter as early as 5 minutes before the start time. 
  • Guests play in the playspace for 30-40 minutes.
  • Guests head to the party room for ~20 minutes. 
  • Guests go back to the playspace for the last 30-40 minutes.
  • This is a great time to pack up your personal belongings from the party room. All items need to be placed on the cart 20 minutes before the end of the party.

Set Up: You will receive access to the party room 20 minutes before the start of your party to set up. 

Clean Up: Please place all of your personal belongings (decorations/food you want to keep, presents, etc.) from the party room on the cart at least 20 minutes before the end of the party. The party room will be closed for the last 20 minutes of your scheduled party. Our team will take out the trash and wipe down the tables/chairs/etc.

Set Up: You will receive access to the party room 20 minutes before the start of your party. The decorations will be set up by a team member during this time. 

Clean Up: Please place all of your personal belongings (decorations/food you want to keep, presents, etc.) from the party room on the cart at least 20 minutes before the end of the party. The party room will be closed for the last 20 minutes of your scheduled party. Our team will clean up any remaining decorations, the food-related mess, take out the trash and wipe down tables/chairs/etc.
