NOW BOOKING FRI, SAT & SUN: Parties at The Playroom are all about fun and making memories. The best part? You get the whole place to yourself! All parties are private. Sat and Sun birthday party times are listed on our schedule or you can email for times. Email to schedule Friday parties.

Fridays from 1pm-8pm, we can host fundraisers, mom group meet ups, meetings with childcare, birthdays, and other special activities. Pricing varies based on activity - email to discuss.

Party FAQs

Availability varies greatly throughout the year, so at least 4-6 weeks in advance (sooner is better). If you schedule with less than 2 weeks notice, we will only be able to accommodate a Basic Private Party. Certain add-ons may not be available without 4-week notice as they require extra supplies and team member time.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The rest is due on the day of your party. Parties are subject to sales tax.

  • You can arrive 20 minutes prior to your start time. 
  • Guests can enter as early as 5 minutes before the start time. 
  • Guests play in the playspace for 30-40 minutes.
  • Guests head to the party room for ~20 minutes. 
  • Guests go back to the playspace for the last 30-40 minutes.
  • This is a great time to pack up your personal belongings from the party room. All items need to be placed on the cart 20 minutes before the end of the party.

Set Up: You will receive access to the party room 20 minutes before the start of your party to set up. 

Clean Up: Please place all of your personal belongings (decorations/food you want to keep, presents, etc.) from the party room on the cart and be ready to leave the facility no longer than 10 minutes after your end time. Our team will take out the trash and wipe down the tables/chairs/etc.

Set Up: You will receive access to the party room 30 minutes before the start of your party. A team member will be available to help set up the decorations and bring in supplies.

Clean Up: Please place all of your personal belongings (decorations/food you want to keep, presents, etc.) from the party room on the cart. You will need to pack up all of your belongings before the end of your party and completely vacate the space no more than 15 minutes after the end of the party. Our team will clean up any remaining decorations, the food-related mess, take out the trash and wipe down tables/chairs/etc.

Yes, although it will depend on the schedule. Additional costs will apply and vary based on desired length. 30 additional minutes is $50. 

You can bring in outside food with the exception of alcohol and sticky items like gum and lollipops. Food must remain in the party room exclusively. There will be a minimum of $50 fee for food found outside the party room.

Please speak to us in advance of the party about any decorations that need to be attached to the walls, etc. Please no confetti, silly string, or any decoration that can harm the facility or cause excess cleaning time. Decorations must be contained to specified areas.

Service is incredibly important to us. After your party, you will receive the chance to rate your service. Team members who receive 5-star service ratings will earn bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to include a tip when you pay the balance if desired.

Coming Soon: We offer a variety of add-on services including goodie bags, sensory activities, ninja obstacle courses, and more. When you reach out to find a date, we will provide a list of our latest services and pricing. Let us know what you want! 

  • Waiver: Encourage them to create and account and complete the waiver, so the kids can play as soon as they arrive. 
  • Arrival Time: Guests will be able to enter 5 minutes before the designated party time. 
  • No Shoes: Kids and adults will need to take off their shoes in the play space. 
  • The Playroom is an intimate party setting for private parties. We recommend a maximum of one adult per child to help manage the 40-person limit.

You can reschedule your event without penalty if your event is more than 30 days away. If your event is in 30 days or less, there is a $100 reschedule fee. Parties canceled for any reason will forfeit the deposit.

Party Room Configurations

We have a variety of chair/table combinations to best match the size and makeup of your party. The main party room is approximately 20ft x 16ft and includes a large window providing generous natural light.   

We have tables and benches for adults and big kids as well as smaller tables and chairs for the littles. Before your event, please let us know which seating configuration you would like us to setup. Of course, at the time of the event, you are welcome to adjust as you see fit.
