"Dr. Mac" is a ACC verified life coach, has his masters in positive psychology, bachelors in psychology and is a historical fencer. He graduated from Brenau university in 2023 with a doctorate in OT.

Mac was born and raised from Atlanta GA. He has been involved in martial arts since the age of 15. Mac teaches the Regulation Ninjas class.
