For kids with big feelings, Regulation Ninjas is a course designed by a pediatric OT to help children learn to regulate their emotions.

This 60-minute class includes 30-minutes in the obstacle gym and 30-minutes in the classroom. The classroom time will include sensory play, stories, crafts, games, and activities to learn and practice regulation tools, social skills, and emotional awareness. The gym portion will give them the chance to move, learn how movement can help them regulate, and get the chance to overcome obstacles and use the skills.
