Are memberships shareable among siblings?
Yes! All family memberships and bi-monthly memberships can be shared among all children living in the same household (excluding individual 1-child or baby unlimited memberships).
Do memberships include siblings under 1 year old?
Yes. Siblings under 1 year of age are completely free when visiting with an enrolled sibling member.
What member discounts do I get on birthday parties?
All active members receive $50 off private birthday party packages at The Playroom East Cobb.
When is Play and how do hours work?
Check the booking calendar for the most accurate availability. Generally, The Playroom is open for Stay & Play: Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 6:30, Friday 9:00 - 6:00, Saturday 8:30 - 10:30, and Sunday 8:30 - 10:00 (weekend and Friday hours may adjust based on private events).
What age is The Playroom designed for?
The Playroom is designed for babies through early elementary school-aged children (0-10), with dedicated safe areas for crawlers and toddlers. Mornings generally attract children 0-4 and afternoons have a wider age range up to 10.
Do you charge for babies?
Children under 1 year old are included at no extra cost when they come to play alongside an older sibling.
What are The Playroom Rules?
Everyone who enters must sign a waiver; children must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times; no shoes are permitted in the play area (bare feet, socks, and grippy socks are all welcome); please keep toys in their respective areas; only 1 child on a climbing panel or slide at a time; water is the only drink/food allowed in the play area.
How do membership renewals and cancellations work?
Monthly unlimited memberships auto-renew every month. Bi-monthly memberships auto-renew every 2 months. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your WellnessLiving account.
