Yes. When you book a private party, your guests get exclusive access to the entire play space. There are no shared parties and no public play sessions during your reserved time.
Parties include up to 40 people total (children and adults). If you have a larger group, you can add our expanded party room for an additional $50.
For the 2-Hour Private Birthday, you receive 30 minutes of extra setup time before guests arrive. For the 90-Min Private Birthday, you receive 20 minutes of setup time.
Yes! Outside food, cake, and drinks are completely welcome. However, alcohol and sticky items such as gum or lollipops are not permitted to help us keep the space clean.
Our space is thoughtfully designed for children from 6 months up to 7 years old, prioritizing a calm, sensory-sensitive environment where younger children can explore safely without getting run over by big kids.
Every party includes private access to the full play space, a dedicated party room, extra setup time, a party greeter to welcome your guests, and staff help to manage the flow of the celebration.
You have a 24-hour risk-free cancellation window after booking. After that, the 50% deposit required to reserve your date becomes non-refundable. If you need to reschedule later, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our absolute best to move your party to another available date.
A 7% service charge applies to all bookings and add-ons. This helps us cover the administrative, dedicated staff, and extensive cleaning costs required to host private events, allowing us to be transparent rather than hiding these costs in higher base package prices.
