An OT-designed program enhancing focus, impulse control, and confidence through movement and sensory play.
Age Range: 1st to 2nd Grade

Class Description & Benefits
Designed by a pediatric occupational therapist, Focus Ninjas is an engaging course created to help children improve the focus and self-regulation skills needed for school, organized sports, and daily activities. This specialized program aids in the development of impulse control, time management, and mental flexibility. Please note: This class is a developmental enrichment program and is not a substitute for therapy.
Children will participate in both independent and team-building exercises designed to enhance concentration, problem-solving, confidence, and overall development, including:
- Dynamic Obstacle Courses and purposeful movement
- STEAM Challenges and sensory exploration
- Role Play and focused learning strategies
Detailed Schedule Information
- Schedule: Mondays, 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
- Duration: 8-Week Fall Series (September 28 – November 16)
Pricing Information
- Member Rate: $300 for the 8-week session ($37.50/class)
- Non-Member Rate: $320 for the 8-week session ($40/class)
- Includes 30 minutes of parent-supervised play before or after class. Siblings can play for $10.
