An OT-designed program helping K-2nd graders regulate emotions and build coping skills through gym play.
Designed by a pediatric Occupational Therapist, Regulation Ninjas helps children with big feelings learn to regulate their emotions, build social skills, and develop emotional awareness. While in the obstacle gym they will move, learn how movement helps them regulate, overcome obstacles, and apply regulation in challenging situations.
Once your child learns the “basics,” they can continue to practice and improve skills in the Regulation Ninjas Master classes.
