For kids with big feelings, Regulation Ninjas is a course designed by a pediatric OT to help children learn to regulate their emotions.
Regulation Ninjas – Master Regulators
Emotional regulation takes practice. Once your child has learned the fundamentals in Regulation Ninjas Basics for new students, enroll them to become Master Regulators. Class is 45 minutes and includes 15 minutes of classroom activities and 30 minutes in the gym. Each week students receive reinforcement around regulation skills along with the chance to practice with a group.

- Members 4-Class Ninja Package*: $130/4 classes ($32.50/class)
- Regular 4-Class Ninja Package*: $160/4 classes ($40/class)
