For kids with big feelings, Regulation Ninjas is a course designed by a pediatric OT to help children learn to regulate their emotions.

Regulation Ninjas Basics (New Students) – EARLY BIRD PRICING ENDS 8/15

This 90-minute drop off experience includes a 45-minute ninja class (in our obstacle course gym and classroom) and a 45-minute facilitated play session (in our indoor playground) to practice skills in a realistic setting.

Students will learn and practice regulation tools, social skills, and emotional awareness. While in the obstacle gym they will move, learn how movement helps them regulate, overcome obstacles, and apply regulation in challenging situations.

Once your child learns the “basics,” they can continue to practice and improve skills in the Regulation Ninjas Master classes.
